Kale Gnocchi, Fried Sage, Anchovy
Kale Gnocchi (or anything of the sorts, see below)
Fresh sage leaves
Coconut oil
Coconut amino acids
Garlic clove, smashed
Cracked pepper or TJ Everyday Seasoning (not everything bagel)
Anchovy
Lemon squeeze to finish.
Preheat gnocci (or starch of choice — can work for anything. Pasta, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, fish, vegies) For frozen kale or cauli gnocchi, defrost first so its soft and cooked.
Fry your aromatics! I love fat. Add coconut oil into saute pan with coconut amino acids, fresh sage leaves, anchovy, garlic clove smashed and cracked pepper. Allow it to bubble. Add gnocchi and saute so everything gets fully covered. Remove from pan. Squeeze of lemon for hint of acid to finish.
Serve.
SIMPLE and so delicious.
