Miso Sesame Cauliflower

• 2 tablespoons olive oil (or MELTED coconut oil)
• 2 tablespoons white miso
• Generous amount of coconut amino acids
• 1 garlic clove, smash, chopped minced grated
• Fresh ginger
• 1 medium cauli head.
• Seaweed / Sesame Flakes

Preheat oven to 450°F (leave pan in oven). Or Air Fryer at 400. Combine olive oil, miso, coconut amino acids, ginger and garlic. Massage mixture evenly onto cauliflower. Add cauliflower to pan. Bake until crisp-tender, about 20 minutes, or 15 minutes in air fryer. I like to microwave or par boil before baking so it gets EXTRA soft. Just 1 -2 min in microwave. Top with seaweed / sesame mixture. Serve. Can also serve with extra sauce.
