SF/GF Kefir Chocolate

  • 2 tbsp unsweeetened cacao (cocoa powder)

  • 1 tbsp monkfruit sugar or honey

  • 1/2 cup of kefir

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla or almond extract

  • sprinkle of cinammon

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until thicccc. You can chill for a bit to set or eat right away. If you desire a more chocolatey consistency, add a bit of melted semisweet chocolate chips or bar directly to mixture and fold in. Top with cinammon, cacao nibs or berries. Enjoy.
