molten cocoa cake

ramekin
1 tbsp coconut oil
Coconut milk
4 tbsp Chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp Dutch processed cocoa
small pinch salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla xtract

Optional: dark chocolate chunk, peanut butter, caramel

1. Combine the coconut oil, coconut milk, protein, cocoa together. Add vanilla, and salt and stir until just combined.
2. Optional: place tbsp of caramel, peanut butter, or chunk of dark chocolate in ramekin. Pour over baking mixture.
3. Place the ramekin in a microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Remove the mug from the microwave and let it sit for a few minutes to cool.
4. Top the cake with pinch of sea salt.
