Sundried Tomato Pesto Noods

Palmini Hearts of Palm Noodles, drained.
Store bought basil pesto - watch for high sodium
Sun dried tomatoes, halved.
Drain pasta and put in saute pan to heat. Add pesto and tomatoes to incorporate. I also added a tsp of coconut oil to make the sauce a bit creamier. Fat is flavor and its good for you. Eat out of the pan if you dare, or decide to be civil. Your choice :)
