Tandoori Chicken Wings with Sweet Spicy Coconut Glaze

Wings are so yummy! And these are divine. Air fried, healthy for you and delicious. Fried atop cauliflower or whatever veggie you have on hand and the fat from the wings goes directly into the vegetable. Highly recommend.

  • Wings

  • Tandoori or curry seasoning

  • Coconut aminos and coconut oil

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1tbsp sriracha

  • 1tbsp honey mustard

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • fresh herbs to serve

In a small bowl, toss wings with some siracha, (eye ball it), and dust with tandoori or curry powder.
Blanch or microwave cauliflower briefly so its a bit soft. Spray cauliflower with coconut or olive oil. In an air fryer, place cauliflower at bottom and top with wings. Air fry for 20 minutes until both are crispy. While cooking, in a small bowl, mix honey, honey mustard, sriracha and melted coconut oil. When wings are done, top with sauce and save some to serve on side. Garnish with fresh herbs to taste.
