Flourless Chocolate Souffle Cake.
4 oz unsweetened chocoalte
1/2 cup monk fruit sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
1 whole egg,
2 egg whites,
2 egg yolks.
1 tablespoon grand marnier
finish with coconut whipped cream + cinnamon.
Melt chocolate and butter. Beat egg + yolks with half of monk fruit. Whisk chocolate into eggs, slowly. Beat egg whites with remaining monk fruit and add grand mariner. Fold egg white mixture into chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 for 28ish minutes. Top with whatever you fancy. Double recipe for bigger cake.
